How your Crack Interview purchase is delivered

Digital products only

Crack Interview sells digital PDF guides, scripts and resume templates. We do not ship physical products, so no shipping address or delivery charge is required.

When you receive your files

After Razorpay confirms your payment, we provide the download or access instructions electronically using the contact details submitted at checkout. Delivery is normally available shortly after successful payment.

If you cannot find your delivery

Check the email address used at checkout, including spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot access your purchase, email support@crackinterview.shop with your order ID or payment reference. We will help within 2 business days.

Incorrect contact details

If an incorrect email address or phone number was entered, contact us as soon as possible with proof of payment. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the delivery details.
